Hurray for Jay! This is funny as heck and all too true. What's with dog people thinking they can just let their dogs crap all over the place? We've got that problem at our house...I think people just let their dogs loose. At our old house we'd find dog poop on our lawn in our backyard which would mean that the owner would let the dog loose to go to MY backyard to poop. What's up with that?
